KAIZEN MOTORS / LEGAL

Privacy Policy

This policy explains in plain language what information is processed when you use kaizenmotors.bg or submit an enquiry.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Kaizen Motors is the public-facing name of the service presented through kaizenmotors.bg. This policy applies to site visitors and people who send a general enquiry, a vehicle enquiry, or a “Find my vehicle” request.

  • name and surname where requested by a form;
  • phone number, email address, and preferred contact method;
  • confirmation that you have read the Privacy Policy;
  • message content and criteria for a requested vehicle;
  • the vehicle, page, or listing connected with the enquiry;
  • request reference, source URL, referrer, and available UTM/GCLID parameters;
  • technical data processed automatically by infrastructure, such as IP address, request time, device/browser type, and diagnostic logs.

We receive information directly from you through forms and follow-up communications. Some technical information is generated automatically when your device connects to the site. Visit-attribution data is read from the page address and referring page when a form is submitted.

  • to receive, review, and respond to your enquiry;
  • to discuss a vehicle, viewing, quotation, or individual sourcing request;
  • to send confirmation and maintain related correspondence;
  • to secure the service, prevent abuse, and keep the site reliable;
  • with permission, to produce aggregated usage and performance statistics.

Enquiry processing is generally necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract. We may also rely on legitimate interests in managing correspondence, securing the service, and protecting legal claims where your rights do not override them, and on a legal obligation where applicable. Optional analytics technologies are activated only with consent, which you may withdraw.

Forms may include your name, phone, email, preferred contact method, message, and details of a specific vehicle. We use them to respond and continue the communication you requested. Submitting a form does not conclude a vehicle sale or purchase agreement.

In addition to contact details, a request may include make, model, production-year range, fuel type, and other requirements. We use this information to assess your request and prepare a suitable response or proposal.

After a successful submission, we generate a unique reference number. It helps us connect communications with the correct enquiry. Do not publish it openly because it can be linked to your correspondence.

When an email address is available, the system may send you a confirmation and notify the official Kaizen Motors inbox through Gmail SMTP. The enquiry content and reference number may appear in those messages.

Only after permission, we use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated visit information and Vercel Speed Insights for real-world performance metrics. These services may process page, approximate location, referrer, device, browser, operating system, and Web Vitals data. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, request references, or personal vehicle-enquiry data to analytics tools.

GA4 is not configured as of this policy date. If enabled later, it will not load before Analytics permission.

  • Vercel — hosting, site delivery, technical logs and, after permission, Web Analytics and Speed Insights;
  • Supabase — storage and management of submitted enquiries;
  • Google/Gmail SMTP — delivery of operational notifications and email confirmations.

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer applies, an appropriate mechanism under applicable law is relied on, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the service and provider settings.

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, provide requested services, comply with applicable obligations, and protect legitimate business interests. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or appropriately anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including server-side secrets, restricted administrative access, form validation, and protections against automated submissions. No system can guarantee absolute security.

  • access to your personal data;
  • correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • deletion where legal conditions are met;
  • restriction of processing;
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • data portability where applicable;
  • withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or the competent supervisory authority where you normally live, work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.

For questions or to exercise your rights, email kaizen.motors.bg@gmail.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and locate the correct enquiry.

We may update this policy when the site, providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version and its date are published on this page.
